Mawina-Esso Akoro is the Founder and Leader of VHEDA, a vibrant organisation dedicated to uplifting rural youth, women, and children. With a wealth of experience as a youth coordinator across various non-profit settings, Mawina-Esso has been a dedicated Coach, Trainer, and Mind Education Specialist since 2016. Over the past eight years, he has guided more than 1500 young people across Ghana, Togo, Benin, and Burkina Faso, reflecting his unwavering commitment to nurturing potential and fostering community development.
Equipped with numerous certifications from the International Mind Education Institute and extensive training in ICT, Google Project Management, and English studies, Mawina-Esso brings a rich blend of expertise and passion to his work.
